Mouse Genome Informatics

The Mouse Genome Informatics (MGI) database is a vast collection of genomic and proteomic data on the vertebrate model organism M. musculus. The database contains genomic information pertaining to variation in sequences, homology to human and other vertebrate genes, and expression data along with information on biochemical pathways and specific strains with mutant phenotypes for study.
