The Animal Genome Size Database is a collection of experimentally derived genome sizes of over 6000 animal species. Each entry contains information on the size of the species genome along with taxonomy of the species, common names, and how and from what tissues the genome size was identified from. The database also provides links to external sources for images and more information on the selected species.
