WormBase

WormBase is a database of the model organism Caenorhabditis elegans. The database contains the entire sequenced genome of Celegans along with identified gene products, psuedogenes, non-coding RNA transcripts, transposons. In addition to the genetic information WormBase shows the development of all cells in the organism, the layout of C. elegans nervous system, proteomic data, and information on C. elegans genes with human orthologs and paralogs. The database has also been expanded to include information on multiple other nematode species.
