Rat Genome DB

Rat Genome DB is a comprehensive database containing genetic, proteomic, biochemical information of the model organism Rattus norvegicusRat Genome DB also provides access to community resources and various strains of rat for research. Additional data is provided for the genes of R. norvegicus associated with various diseases and the strains optimal for the study of these conditions. Rat Genome DB has recently been expanding to include genomic data on other animals such as Dogs, Chinchillas, and Squirrles.
